Blake joined the FBCPurcell staff in November of 2024 as the Senior Pastor. Blake came to faith in Christ in college. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Oklahoma. After graduation, Blake spent time in East Asia making disciples among unreached peoples. He went to seminary where he received a Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Union University. After seminary, Blake spent several years mobilizing churches to send missionaries to unreached people groups. During this time, the Lord called Blake to serve the local church through pastoring and preaching. In 2010, he helped plant Providence Road Church in Norman where he served as Pastor until coming to FBC Purcell.
Blake married his wife Shanae in November 2003. They have two teenagers: Davis and Kathryn. In his free time you will find Blake with his family, or fishing, or reading a book…probably on Union with Christ.

Ministries Assistant: Kayla Ray Berger
Kayla Ray joined FBC Purcell in March of 2020, and accepted the position of Ministries Assistant in August of 2020. Kayla Ray accepted Christ into her heart at the age of 9 years old in Manning, South Carolina. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of South Carolina.
Kayla Ray married her husband Seth in June of 2005 and then entered the banking world. In 2009 she became a stay at home mom to their three children: Ethan, Anna Ray and Jeremiah. She volunteered in many areas at their church, and in March of 2016 she was hired to be the Preschool Ministries Assistant at Summerville Baptist Church in South Carolina. There she served the Lord in many capacities. Her husband’s job brought them to Oklahoma in January of 2020. In her free time, Kayla Ray loves college football and riding horses.

Preschool Coordinator: Nanette Belicek
Nanette has served as the Pre-School Coordinator since the fall of 2006. Nanette accepted Jesus at the age of 9 in Lawton, OK. She graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. She married Randy in November of 1988. They have three daughters: Jennifer, Kristin, and Kelsey, as well as one son: Matt. Nanette and Randy have ten grandchildren and one great grandchild whom they love to spend time with. In her free time Nanette loves going to garage sales and spending time with her family.
Facilities Manager: Eleno "Jay R" Orquiz
Jay R joined the FBCPurcell staff on January 1st of 2022 as our Facilities Manager. Jay R was saved in April of 2021 at the State Men's Retreat at Falls Creek. He married his high school sweetheart, Letty, in October 2023. In his free time Jay R loves to serve the community, play basketball and spending time with his wife.
